Heat-transfer films differ in size and material

To get an excellent decoration it is necessary to choose the most suitable film.
Glossy, matt, flocked and stretch plastic film or paper, available in rolls with width from 1000 mm to 1860 mm.

Certified combinations

Powder and ink: the long-lasting match

Finishes are obtained by combining powder coating and sublimation ink printed on the transfer film. Most combinations have been subject to AWT (Accelerated Weathering Test) and NET (Natural Exposure Test), certifying they are suitable for outdoor use. This ensures an excellent durability of finishes when exposed to any weather condition.

Stop! Don't buy thermal transfer paper yet! For a company selling

iron-on glue, that may sound like the most ridiculous thing. You want to sell any paper, but more importantly find the right heat transfer paper for the job.

If you are new to thermal transfer paper printing, this is exciting. Heat transfer paper is one of the most effective ways to create quality custom t-shirts and apparel. Also, it is very easy to use. Regardless of your background or experience level, you can start creating products with heat transfer paper. A design or photo is printed on iron-on transfer paper with an inkjet or laser printer, and the transfer paper is placed on top of it and heat and pressure are applied with a heat press*. that's it!

*A standard hand iron may suffice, but for best and consistent results we recommend using a high quality heat press.

Printing and Pressing on Heat Transfer Paper is pretty straightforward, but there are some important things to know before buying your first pack of HTP. Knowing these factors and understanding their impact can help you ensure you get the right paper and save potential hassles and costs. Before diving into the wider world of heat transfer paper, ask yourself a few questions.

Thermal Transfer Film

Thermal transfer is a common printing process, especially used for printing identification labels. This is the most widely used printing method in the world for printing high quality barcodes.

Innovia's  Rayoface™ VTT is a high yield white BOPP film suitable for marine cask use and is internally lined for compatibility with the BS5609 standard for marine cask labeling. A unique matte paper-like surface ensures reliable barcode reading.

Film has a special print-receptive top layer that can be printed with thermal transfer, dot matrix, and inkjet marking. The film is UV stabilized to withstand extended outdoor exposure and remains intact after exposure to sunlight and salt spray.

Dtf Transfer Film

For direct transfer printing on foil, use a DTF printer to print onto PET foil. Decorators then apply the transfer to products such as hats, totes, t-shirts, and sports jerseys. The transfer is applied with a combination of adhesive powder and heat.

DTF printing is a revolutionary technology that combines a thermal transfer element with a direct transfer printer to bring designs to life. Direct to Film (short for DTF) is the process of printing artwork onto a special film and then transferring the film to fabric or other fabrics using a powder adhesive. No pretreatment is required. Successful use of DTF involves printing on a special film, applying hot melt his powder to wet ink, and melting or hardening the powder. Once melted, a heat press can be used to transfer the print to a variety of media (shirts, polyester jackets, treated leather, etc.). Then simply peel off the foil (hot or cold depending on the type of DTF foil) and you are left with a stunning DTF design.

Custom Dtf Transfer

Custom DTF transfer is a digital thermal transfer that enables full-color transfer printing using eco-friendly water-based inks for endless thermal transfer possibilities.

When uploading, make sure your image meets the following criteria:

  • Dimensions must be exactly 12" x 12"

  • Recommended DPI: 300

  • File Type: PNG

  • Image Background must be transparent. You will receive the image exactly as you uploaded it.

  • Can be used for a single image, or multiple images can be added as a gang sheet as long as it fits within the 12" x 12" printable area.
